Dr. Winakur received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Maryland and his M.D. from the University of Maryland Medical School. His post graduate surgical training was completed at the Ohio State University and the University of Maryland. Dr. Winakur's special medical interests include total joint replacement and general orthopaedics.
