Dr. Tredinnick received his B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University, his
M.S. in Physical Therapy from Duke University and his M.D. and post graduate surgical
training from The Pennsylvania State University. He completed a fellowship in sports
medicine at the Southern California Orthopaedic Institute. Dr. Tredinnick specializes
in sports medicine and general orthopaedic surgery.
As an orthopaedic surgeon who is fellowship-trained in sports medicine, Dr.
Tredinnick has the added expertise needed to keep athletes of all ages at their desired
competitive level. Since relocating from Los Angeles, his practice has focused on
arthroscopic knee and shoulder procedures. Dr. Tredinnick, having practiced as a
physical therapist prior to medical school, is also knowledgeable in the non-operative
and post-operative rehabilitation techniques utilized in orthopaedic medicine. He sees
patients at Orthopaedic Associates' offices in Bel Air, at Upper Chesapeake Medical
Center, and in Havre de Grace on Lafayette Street. In addition to treating athletes
from recreation council to high school and college levels, he also has a large general
orthopaedic practice. A Bel Air resident for five years, when Dr. Tredinnick is not in
the office, he can be found on the sidelines of his sons' athletic events.
